This cooperative is led by Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia, a native to the area of Chiapas. She has dedicated her life to empowering and educating women to grow and harvest superior coffee. She helps the women to earn a better income from their coffee by concentrating on quality and education in business. In this community, coffee growing is a long-standing tradition and the women's cooperative has elevated the women and their families and increased their economic prosperity.
